IV All-Russian scientific and technological dictation
The IV All-Russian scientific and technological dictation will be held in September 2026
In 2026, the IV All-Russian scientific and technological dictation within the framework of the XIII International Forum for technological development «Technoprom-2026» will be held in 2 formats: in person and online. The topic of scientific and technological dictation will focus on testing knowledge in the field of environmental science and technology affecting the environment.
Based on the results of the passage, a single rating will be formed for all participants (the number of correct answers and the time of passing the test will be taken into account). The best will receive certificates of confirmation of their technological intelligence.
In 2025, the III All-Russian scientific and technological dictation took place. In total, in full-time format, the dictation took place at 571 sites in 57 regions of Russia, the number of participants in full-time and online formats is about 200 thousand people.

History of the All-Russian scientific and technological dictation
I All-Russian scientific and technological dictation
In 2023, the First All-Russian scientific and technological dictation on the topic of unmanned aircraft took place.
The most active constituent entities of the Russian Federation received their diplomas in the online stage of dictation – Bryansk, Voronezh, Irkutsk, Samara and Chelyabinsk regions, as well as Perm Territory and the Republic of Bashkortostan. Among them, the Republic of Crimea became the leader – 4,740 people took part in the dictation.
II All-Russian scientific and technological dictation
In 2024, the main theme is «Biotechnology for All», which echoes the national project «Bioeconomics», defined by Presidential decree. Participants in the dictation not only tested their knowledge of biology, ecology, knowledge of the animal world, but also learned a lot.
III All-Russian scientific and technological dictation
On October 30, 2025, the III All-Russian scientific and technological dictation «Victory Technologies» ended - a satellite event of the XII International Forum for Technological Development «Technoprom-2025».
The dictation took place at 364 sites in 52 regions of Russia, demonstrating a high level of involvement of the inhabitants of our country in the development of science and technology.
